Meir represented in Israel an American underwriter that led the initial public offerings (IPOs) of a number of Israeli companies on the NASDAQ stock exchange, including Nur Macroprinters, Magal Security Systems, Eltek and others. Over the years, Meir has also handled a large number of fundraisings and private placements, representing both companies raising capital and investors.

Meir’s expertise also extends to the field of life science, where he represented, among others, an Israeli medical devices company that raised funds from the international OrbiMed Fund, which as of today has invested approximately 65 million dollars.

Meir also represents a large number of entrepreneurs and startups in all areas of high-tech and life science. In the past year, for example, Meir represented an IoT company owned by an entrepreneur of Israeli origin, whose shareholders included Fujitsu, which was sold to the GE Group for the sum of $40,000,000. He also represented a Dutch company that purchased an Israeli video gaming company for $3,500,000.

In addition to the fields of high-tech and life science, Meir represents Israeli companies that hold the distribution rights for various European, American and Japanese manufacturers in the fields of military equipment, equipment for the plastics industry (sold to Netafim, for example), a sunglasses distributor and more.
